Occupational health services to enhance HSA WorkWell plan
Vitality Healthcare is delighted to announce sister company HSA will be relaunching its popular WorkWell plan to include new key benefits.
From April 2007, HSA will offer companies the opportunity to supplement current WorkWell benefits with occupational health and health screening modules, which will allow companies a greater amount of choice and flexibility, whilst keeping the premium affordable.
Suzanne Clarkson, Head of Corporate Marketing at HSA, explains, “Recent research carried out by HSA found that over two-thirds of companies believe an occupational health or health screening service would save them money, yet less than half provide such services. The main reason cited for this was cost, so we have developed a plan that helps companies to access these services at an affordable price. With a range of payment options to suit any budget, we hope these services will become much more accessible to companies of all sizes.”

HSA’s new WorkWell plan is flexible and allows employers to select benefits that are appropriate for their company and that will be valued and used by its employees. The plan also includes access to an Employee Assistance Programme with face-to-face counselling, diagnostics and consultation and everyday healthcare such as dental, optical and physiotherapy.
