Joanna Wallace

Managing Director, Vitality Healthcare

Joanna has over seventeen years experience in healthcare management and leadership, in both the US and UK healthcare markets. After five years working in US healthcare, she moved back to the UK to work for ten years in the NHS, including five as the CEO at The Christie NHS Trust in Manchester, the UK's largest specialist cancer centre. She joins Vitality from her most recent role as Chief Executive of Aptium Cancer Care Ltd. - a private sector partner to the NHS in cancer care and a subsidiary of Astra Zeneca.

Jeremy Gillard

Sales and Marketing Director, Vitality Healthcare

Jeremy Gillard comes from a traditional commercial background with over 25 years’ experience in business-to-business professional services. He was part of a team that set up specialist insurance provider St Andrew’s Group, now part of HBoS. Aside from company direction, Jeremy's career has focused on many key aspects of service delivery including client management, sales, marketing and risk management together with client services. He joined the Simplyhealth Group in 2006 and was subsequently appointed as Wellbeing Services Sales and Marketing Director.

Dr. Jacques Tamin

Clinical Director, Vitality Healthcare

Dr. Jacques Tamin has over 27 years’ experience in healthcare – 15 of which has been dedicated to occupational health, medicine, ethics and law as well as work-related stress. Highly respected within this field, he has published and presented papers nationally and internationally and holds a number of distinguished senior positions. In addition to his role as Clinical Director for Vitality Healthcare, Jacques is Director of Professional Development for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and an Honorary Lecturer in occupational medicine at the University of Manchester. He is also Chairman of the Society of Occupational Medicine (North West Group), a Member of the International Commission on Occupational Health and Chief Examiner for the Associateship of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
