We can deliver information in printed format or online through an intranet or external site. It can be implemented through short campaigns that focus on specific issues, or delivered as an ‘infobank’ of health information that employees have readily at hand.

Training

We also deliver our health education programmes through structured training courses. In most cases we recommend cost-effective ‘training of trainers’ where, in the case of workstation assessments for example, we train a number of your staff to become assessors.

Wherever possible, our courses are interactive to enhance the learning experience and can be delivered at your own premises or at one of our centres across the UK.

Health Fairs

A popular way to educate employees in a more informal environment is to hold health ‘fairs’ at your premises. These are events – usually held during lunchtime – where employees can drop-in and pick up information about health issues.

Fairs can be as small or as large as you like and can cover as many issues as you wish. We provide experienced advisors who can answer employee queries and suggest further avenues of learning. We then report back to you on the success of the event and highlight key areas of interest for your staff.
